Building The Best Ever Burger With Marks And Spencer

With the Premiership kicking off again recently, did you know that people in the North West are more likely to eat burgers when watching the football? M&S have joined forces with YouGov to uncover our burger eating habits to celebrate the launch of their Best Ever Burger.

The best ever burger is made from specially selected cuts of British beef and a little bone marrow for extra flavour. It creates a thick yet juicy burger to suit any burger fan and is perfect for munching on whilst watching your favourite football team this season. Did you know people in the North West have eaten over 360,000 burgers in the last 12 months? That’s enough to fill Old Trafford nearly 5 times over!

With the North West’s favourite bun being topped with sesame seeds, I always opt for a naked burger to keep the calories down. I love to top mine with diced chorizo, pickles, M&S’s cheddar and onion burger topper and a little of their sweet onion chutney. With a side of good quality coleslaw and some M&S chunky fries, I’m a happy lady. Coleslaw is also one of the favourite sides amongst M&S customers, with 1 in 5 people choosing it to serve alongside their burger according to the burger report. I wholeheartedly approve.

My friend much prefers him in a soft brioche bun with Cornish cruncher, burger sauce, diced chorizo and some mayonnaise. The burgers are the ‘best ever’ that I have seen in the supermarket, without a doubt.

It wouldn’t be an afternoon of football without some dips and the M&S nacho cheese tortilla chips are possibly the most addictive snack I have ever tried. Paired with a dip selection, I can cheer along my team without having to leave my seat in search of snacks.

You can read more about the M&S Burger Report on their website. How do you eat yours? Do you agree with the report?
