Foodies Festival is coming back to Tatton Park this July and there is a host of new treats and events to keep all the family entertained!

New for this year is the ‘Feel Good Foods’ theme with a focus on healthy living chefs and food writers joining forces to cook up a storm with ‘superfoods’ including kefir, lucuma, freekeh, kelp and banana flour, to name just a few. There will be recipes to take home so you can create your own happiness and calm boosting meals too.

2015 Masterchef finalist Pete Hewitt will be serving up his homeboy Asian street food with food available from all corners of the globe whilst there will be a nod to the Rio Olympics with a focus on Brazilian cuisine including a Brazilian BBQ and caipirinhas.

Foodie Festival first day at Birmingham's Cannon Hill Park.

Whilst we are talking alcohol I will be particularly looking forward to the wine and champagne masterclasses as well as the blindfold whisky challenges designed to help visitors learn more about whisky and its history.

The Olympic theme channels through the children’s cookery school with medal decorating as well as pizza and cupcake making classes.

The chilli eating competition is back with a high bar set by last year’s winner Shahina Waseem who managed to stomach a 16 million scoville.

If that is too much for you to handle you can relax in the entertainment stage whilst listening to live music and sipping a refreshing cocktail from the giant Pimm’s teapot. I know where I’ll be.

You can win tickets on Phat Cupcake today by using the Rafflecopter below. As always all winners are drawn at random and tickets are supplied by the PR agency managing the event. Good luck!
