You Are Not Alone

Christmas. Such a joyous occasion for many. But also a sad time for others.

If you are one of those people who struggles at this time of year please seek help and support. There is no shame in this and even if you are surrounded by loved ones, it can still feel like you are totally alone. Christmas is a time for giving, so below is a list of phone numbers collated by Big Fashionista that may be useful.

Massive thanks to all who will be working over the festive period to keep us safe. I worked for the emergency services for ten years and had to sacrifice many a Christmas Day with my family, the work these people do goes massively unnoticed. So whilst you are digging into your turkey dinner remember those who are on the end of a phone, helping in shelters, tending to wounds and patrolling the streets.
