When it comes to blogger events, IWOOT (IWantOneOfThose.com) always do something epic and their Father’s Day get together was no exception.
I won’t harp on about the event itself but I will share some of the interesting and different gift ideas they have that could be perfect for your Dad. Part of the event is always games and we had fun seeing who could wrap gifts the quickest. I wasn’t great at it but I did love the Star Wars Gadget Decals, which are perfect if you Dad has every tech item under the sun yet nothing to make it look that little bit different.
This tool box is actually a BBQ, how cool is that? It unfolds with a grill in the middle and a heat tray to warm up the buns whilst your burgers cook. It also has a side panel to keep your utensils safe and the handles folk down to act as a stand. It is great if your Dad enjoys camping or for a good day out.
Aftershave is a standard fixture for a lot of Father’s Day gifts but these ones from Murdock London are quite special. The Black Tea scent (not pictured here) stole the hearts of most guys in the room with notes of spice, leather, pepper and musk. The Patchouli scent is lightly floral yet with a spicy edge from cardamom, nutmeg and suede.
Has your Dad got a beard? This shaving apron with travel bag is the perfect novelty gift, especially if the family are sick of finding those sharp little hairs everywhere after he has given it a trim!
If your Dad is a jetsetter, you can’t really go wrong with the cute travel kit. The bottles are less than 100ml making them the perfect size to carry on an aircraft and there is everything he will need for a quick trip away. They’re really good quality and smell delicious with sandalwood & citrus.
These flower grenades are a lovely idea if your Dad is into gardening or the environment. They are made of clay and smash when thrown, before flowering three weeks later. The clay dissolves when it rains and the randomness makes it something he won’t have seen before, that’s for sure!
The Mankind Grooming Box is THE beauty box for guys. At £25 the current box contains all full-size products and it is worth well over its cost. It means your Dad will get five grooming products from aftershave balm to face masks at a bargain price, meaning there is change for that pair of socks you buy him every year.
Thanks to IWOOT and Mankind for introducing me to some top gifts for the most awkward person in the world to guy for, there really is something for them all. Enjoy shopping!
