When it comes to my hair I am pretty crap, I’m not going to lie. It is always either straight and down, or up in a ponytail. I really should take some time to learn some more styles but I am so busy, it just gets forgotten about. I’m a regular at Kara’s Blow Dry Bar but at £20 a go, it isn’t an option I can afford as often as I would like. I discovered the Style Station at the Treatwell event I attended a while ago, and they are now in the Arndale Centre!
Located in front of Boots and just at the bottom of the escalator for the food court, you will find the Style Station. Give the talented stylists just £9 and 9 minutes of your time and they’ll whip your hair into a style suitable for any occasion. The other great thing about the service is that you go with clean dry hair so the style holds that little bit better as they aren’t washing it at the same time.
The teeny buy cheap cymbalta no prescription french braid to pull the hair away from my face of the Serenity style is made party perfect with this beautiful little bow. I really wish I could do this myself! Massive thanks to Anoushka for letting me steal these photos as I couldn’t get a decent one myself.
Criss Cross is my favourite so far and I have been back a few times, I’m a little bit addicted to it! This style is a bit like their Half Up but with a french plait pulling the hair out of my face.
The staff are so accommodating they’ll adapt to your needs. I asked for the Cascade which is normally a woven plait diagonally around the head, but down the sides and plaited down the back with curls. It is the perfect day to night style and I’ve had the nicest comments when visiting Style Station. At just £9 I’m not sure it is worth trying to learn myself.
I was invited to Style Station as a guest and wasn’t asked to pay.
