Beauty – Morphe 35P Plum Palette Review

I own far too many eyeshadow palettes and still can’t stop lusting after the beautiful colours that pop up in my social media feeds on a daily basis. I have lusted after the Morphe palettes for ages so finally decided to pop one on my Christmas list and hope for the best. Luckily for me Santa thought I had been a good girl in 2016 and I unwrapped my first Morphe palette on Christmas morning, the 35P!

Morphe palettes come in a black cardboard sleeve and a large plastic holder which is a little flimsy. I wouldn’t feel confident travelling with this as it feels like the slightest knock and it would break.

The lid feels like wasted space and it would be amazing for a giant mirror to be incorporated although I am guessing that would push up the price which is currently a very cheap £23.50 on Cult Beauty. The eye shadows are  decent size and there are 35 shades with a good mix of matte and shimmer colours.

The matte shades aren’t as pigmented as the shimmer shades but I think cymbalta online this is fairly standard for most palettes no matter what the price range. The matte shades are a little chalky and there is some fallout but they blend well with both the other matte shades and the shimmer shades in the palette. The shimmer shades have a soft and buttery feel meaning they pick up beautifully on the brush and apply smoothly.

I chose the plum palette which is a lovely mix of nude, brown and purple hues that are my absolute go to for every day eye looks. The palette includes a mix of shades that are perfect for day and night, they are also really buildable meaning you can go from day to night with a quick top up of colour.

The first two colours on the last picture are my absolute favourite for evening wear as they have such a pretty shimmer to them!

I love the palette so much that I have just added another one to my Birthday wish list so heres hoping the Birthday fairy is feeling generous!

You can pick yours up from Cult Beauty.
